Dr. Jugal Mehta is a Consultant Nephrologist specializing in the diagnosis and comprehensive management of wide spectrum of kidney diseases. He has completed his MD in Medicine and DrNB in Nephrology from well renowned and prestigious P.D Hinduja hospital and medical research centre, Mumbai  with advanced training in the evaluation and treatment of a wide range of kidney disorders. He also has teaching experience at Topiwala National medical college and B.Y.L Nair hospital, Mumbai.  His areas of expertise include chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, proteinuria and hematuria, kidney stones, diabetic and hypertensive kidney disease, glomerular diseases, dialysis, and kidney transplantation. Dr. Mehta believes in providing personalized, evidence-based care with compassion and precision, with special focus on early diagnosis, prevention of kidney disease progression, and helping patients understand their condition and treatment options.
Dr. Jugal Mehta has a strong interest in academic research and the latest advances in diagnostics and management aimed at optimizing patient care. He has presented multiple case studies and research papers at various national nephrology conferences. Notably, he was selected as one of the Top 10 finalists for the Torrent Young Scholar Award (TYSA) in India. Additionally, he is a member of the Indian Society of Nephrology (ISN) and the Indian Society of Organ Transplantation (ISOT).
